Information we may process
- Account and contact information provided by administrators.
- Device identifiers, enrollment status, model, manufacturer, OS version, app version, and management status.
- Battery/device status, app-related operational signals, connectivity, diagnostics, command status, and other telemetry configured by an authorized administrator.
- Administrator actions, support communications, and operational logs needed to maintain and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide device management, remote support, telemetry, policy enforcement, service security, troubleshooting, service operations, and customer support.
Remote viewing and telemetry
Remote viewing is intended for authorized support and diagnostics of managed corporate devices. Administrators are responsible for using it only where permitted by company policy, user notice, consent requirements, and applicable law.
Administrator responsibility
3S EMM is intended for enterprise-managed devices. The organization or administrator using the service is responsible for providing required notices, obtaining required consents, and choosing lawful telemetry and remote-viewing settings for its users and jurisdictions.
Retention
Operational data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and audit needs, resolve support issues, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may change as the platform evolves.
Deletion
Customers can request deletion of tenant-related information according to service terms and operational feasibility.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers, support providers, or legal authorities when needed to operate the service, protect rights and security, or comply with law.
Hosting and service operations
Hosting and data-processing details are provided to customers during onboarding and may evolve in the current release. Customers can request additional details about data processing, logs, retention, and deletion.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect managed-device information. No system is completely secure, and software may contain defects or interruptions.
Cookies
The public website is designed to be simple and does not require advertising cookies. Server logs may record standard request information such as IP address, user agent, URL, and timestamp.
