These Terms govern access to and use of 3S EMM, a Samsung-focused enterprise mobile management platform for Android Device Owner deployments.
Legal operator

Service status
3S EMM is available for Samsung devices at $20 per device / year. Beta features may change, be interrupted, break, or be removed as the service is developed.
Authorized use
You may use 3S EMM only for devices that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required from your organization, employees, contractors, customers, or end users before enrolling a device or collecting telemetry.
Device management
The service may support Device Owner enrollment, remote viewing, telemetry, policy management, and Knox-related management operations. You are responsible for configuring policies appropriately and complying with applicable workplace, privacy, and device-management laws.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether device management, telemetry, location reporting, remote viewing, and policy enforcement are lawful in their jurisdiction and employment context.
APK downloads
APK files provided on this site are intended for testing and authorized enterprise deployment. Do not redistribute, reverse engineer, tamper with, or use the APK files outside approved management scenarios unless expressly permitted in writing.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to access or control devices without authorization.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or misuse remote viewing features.
- Do not use 3S EMM for personal-device surveillance, covert tracking, or unauthorized monitoring.
Payment terms
Public pricing is $20 per device per year. 3S EMM is offered for supported Samsung corporate devices only; other Android devices are not allowed. Taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion, custom rollout work, and separately agreed support may be handled separately where applicable.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. 3S EMM does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Samsung model, or availability of every Knox capability in every environment.
Support
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. No production SLA is offered unless it is expressly agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3S EMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or device availability arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
