3S EMM is built for authorized management of corporate Samsung Android devices at $20 per device / year. Every deployment should be scoped, authorized, and tested before wider use.
Authorized enterprise use only
3S EMM must be used only for devices that your company is authorized to manage. It must not be used for unauthorized monitoring, personal surveillance, or covert tracking.
Device Owner management
3S EMM focuses on corporate Android Device Owner scenarios. Device Owner management gives the organization administrative control over managed devices, but also requires proper internal policy, user notice, and authorization.
Remote viewing controls
Remote viewing is intended for support and diagnostics on managed corporate devices. The customer is responsible for ensuring that use of remote viewing complies with workplace policy, employment rules, privacy law, and user notice requirements.
Telemetry and data categories
In the current release, 3S EMM may process device and management data such as device identifiers, model, OS version, enrollment status, policy state, command status, battery/device status, app-related operational signals, and administrator actions.
Administrator responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting administrators, controlling access to admin accounts, managing internal authorization, and ensuring that devices are used in lawful corporate scenarios.
Data retention
Retention may depend on customer configuration and service operation. Detailed retention and deletion terms can be provided during onboarding.
Data deletion
Customers can request deletion of tenant-related information according to the Privacy Policy and service terms.
Infrastructure and hosting
Hosting and operational details are provided during onboarding and may evolve in the current release.
Access control
Admin accounts currently use tenant-based separation with administrator login credentials. Customers are responsible for assigning trusted administrators and protecting account access during testing.
Audit/logging
3S EMM records selected administrative and device management events for diagnostics and support. Audit and event logging are evolving in the current release and may change.
Service limitations
3S EMM is currently in current release. Some features may change, break, or be limited by Samsung model, Android version, Knox capability, enrollment mode, permissions, license availability, and service infrastructure. Production use should be validated on Samsung devices before wider rollout.
